Working with Au Pair Domestics is simple. After thoroughly discussing your requirements, we then set to work carefully preparing a selection of qualified candidates who have the "Right Fit" for your household. Our selection process ensures that your individual family requirements are not only met, but that we match candidate's personalities to best suit your family's lifestyle.

Candidates provide us with written references, education certificates and they must provide a Criminal Record Check. All of our listed nannies have a minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience. Our candidates have First Aid, CPR, a valid drivers license and childcare related education.

And we only represent candidates that truly love working with children! 		After a candidate is selected, the terms of employment have been agreed to, and a job offer is accepted, our agency will ensure that the employment agreement is in compliance with labour laws governing domestic workers. We will also help with pre-calculated payroll deductions and the completion of forms required by Human Resources Canada.
